Windsor Warriors Basketball Club was founded by Steve Cooper in 1994. We have two adult teams; our first team is focussed on winning, with the second team focussed more on player development and participation. We also have a growing youth club. The club is a non-profit organisation that is democratically run via an elected committee of volunteers.
The Chairman is responsible for ensuring the club runs smoothly, upholding the Warriors Code of Conduct, organising committee meetings and AGMs, fundraising, league meetings, marketing, player acquisition, and kit.
Ben is our Vice Chairman and Club Secretary. He's responsible for assisting the Chairman in his duties, as well as managing player and team registrations, keeping a rota of player duties, and taking and distributing AGM minutes.
The treasurer is responsible for the club's finances; ensuring players are paying, making purchases required for the club, making payments for courts and referees, and sharing monthly updates on the club's financial position.
Responsibilities are the same as the Chairman but for the Warriors Youth.
